Environmental Basic Policy
Each individual corporate member is determined to pursue a rich humanity through harmony with the natural environment and co-habitation with the regional community, tackling environmental conservation issues voluntarily and continuously.

1.
Harmony with the region and environment
We will make efforts for the "Green Logistics" (environmental conservation in logistics) through storage, packing, and distribution of import and export goods, and will keep ourselves concerned about the environmental impacts related to our business, and carry out healthy environmental management to co-habit with the regional community.
2.
Complete prevention of pollution
We will promote a continuous improvement in environmental management system and strive for reduction in environmental loading and formation of recycling-oriented society.
3.
Observation of environment related laws and regulations
We will promote our environmental activities abiding by the national laws and the regulations lay by the local governments as well as self-determined requirements about environment, and we will set out "zero-defect and zero-complaint".
4.
Full use of resources avoiding waste
We will promote energy saving activities considering reduction of environmental loading from the original business operation and making efforts to eliminate wastes in the environment and dispose of them properly.
5.
Consciousness for participation by everyone
We will carry out education and training so that people working at Okamoto Physical Distribution Center or those working for the facility recognize the basic concept on environmental conservation and act in line with the environment policy.
